At SinfulX, we want you to feel bold and confident in your fit; if your selection isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
